Yellow Squash Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
* 2 - eggs (beaten)
* 3/4 cup - cracker
crumbs
* 1/4 cup - chopped
onion
* 1 teaspoon - salt
* 1/4 cup butter or
margarine
* 2 cups - yellow
squash
Directions
Cook squash with maragarine /
butter, salt, onion and small amount of water (1 1/2
cups).
Mash cooked squash. Mix with
1/2 cup cracker crumbs and eggs. Pour into greased 2 quart
casserole. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
