Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

* 1/2 cup - pecans (topping)
* 1/2 stick - butter (topping)
* 3/4 stick - butter
* 2 - eggs
* 1/2 cup - milk
* 1 1/4 cups - white sugar
* 2 cups - sweet potatoes
* 1/2 teaspoon - nutmeg
* 1/2 teaspoon - cinnamon
* 3/4 cup - cornflakes (topping)
* 1/2 cup - brown sugar (topping)

Directions

Mix and bake casserole ingredients at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Add topping and bake at 350 degrees an additional 10-15 minutes.

TOPPING:
3/4 cup - cornflakes
1/2 cup - brown sugar
1/2 stick - butter
1/2 cup - pecans
