Spoon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
* 3 - 3 1/2 cups - self-rising
flour
* 3/4 cup - shortening
(melted)
* 1/4 cup - sugar
* 1 - egg
* 1 package - Dry
Yeast
* 2 cups - warm water
Directions
Put lukewarm water and yeast
in large mixing bowl. Beat egg with sugar, add melted
shortening, mix well. Add to yeast mixture. Slowly add flour,
mix well. Spoon into well-greased muffin tins.
Cook in 400 degree oven until
brown.
Store unused dough in
refrigerator.
