Southern Collard Greens Recipe

Ingredients

* 1 bundle of Collard Greens
* 1 pack country ham pieces or any seasoning meat
* 2 table spoon Seasoning Salt
* 2 tsp salt
* 2 tsp pepper
* 2 table spoon used or unused cooking grease
* 5 cups water

Directions

Pull leaves off of the stems of your greens and place in a sink of cold water to clean. Rinse well and combine a few leaves at a time then roll up the leaves and cut. Meanwhile have your pot of water on med high and add meat, seasonings and grease. Add cut up greens to pot and let boil for 2 hours or until greens are nice and tender. Enjoy.
