Southern Chicken Caserole Recipe
Ingredients
* 1 Bag pepridge farm
stuffing
* 4 chicken breast
De-boned
* 1 stick margarine
* 2 cans cream of chicken soup or
1 each cream of chicken and cream of mushroom
Directions
Boil chicken until done.
Remove from bone. Save one soup can of broth. Melt margarine.
Mix with stuffing mix. Mix both cans of soup together with the
soup can of chicken broth.
In a casserole dish, make a
layer of stuffing mix. Add a layer of chicken. Pour half of
soup mixture over this. Repeat - stuffing, chicken, soup.
Sprinkle one tablespoon stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30
minutes or until bubbling.
