Shoe Peg Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients

* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1/4 to 1/2 cup - Miracle Whip salad dressing
* 1 medium - bell pepper, seeded and diced
* 1 medium - onion, chopped
* 1 large - tomato, peeled and diced
* 1 can - shoe peg corn, drained

Directions

Shoe Peg Corn is white corn and it is narrow at one end. Very sweet and crunchy. Sold under Green Giant label.

Combine all ingredients and chill well before serving.

Serves 4-6
