Louise T's Grits Recipe
Ingredients
* Grits
* Fried Potatoes
* Bacon
* Tomato would be guud
* Greek Spices
* Garlic

After lookin' over your
collection of grits recipes got some good ideas too, "thank you
sir" I realized you needed one more.
Grits, like cheesecake and ice
cream, really needs to be in its purest state if you want to go
to the next plane of existence. That being said, I rarely eat
them that way.
My recipe, is simple enough ..
Cook your grits the way you love em best. While they're
cookin', fry up some CRISPY bacon and .. or fried potatoes. I
like to season my potatoes with garlic and Greek spices.I have
one OR the other but both will work. Ladle up your grits to the
plate(or platter, if you will), butter 'em to your likin' and
add said bacon and/or potatoes on top. Sometimes, I even add a
couple of over-easy eggs to the mix. This is one of those
things where discipline comes in handy.
Otherwise,you'll need a
fork-lift to tote you out the door......
