Just "GRITS" Recipe
Ingredients
* 2 cups - water
* 1 cup - real, stone-ground
Falls Mill grits
Directions
Pour the dry grits into a bowl
with cold water, the husks and chaff will float to the top so
you can remove it. Bring the 2 - cups water to a boil, add the
rinsed grits, and simmer covered until creamy. Depending on the
altitude .. about 20-30 minutes.
You may want to add some
butter before or after you cook your Grits. Now go play with
your Grits!
