Joyce's Favorite Grits Recipe

Ingredients

* Quick Grits
* Water
* Olive Oil
* Celery
* Chopped onions
* Boullion cube

Directions

Lightly saute chopped onions and celery in olive oil. Add the water to make quick grits and a boullion cube and simmer for five minutes. Then add the grits and cook for another five minutes. Very tasty.

By the way, grits are on the Weight Watchers core diet.
