Grilled Vidalia Onions Recipe
Ingredients
* Parmesan Cheese
* 1 tablespoon - margarine or
butter (per onion)
* 1 cube - beef bouillon (per
onion)
* 1 medium - Vidalia onion (per
person)

Directions
The thing to remember is
Vidalia Onions are sweet. I have know people who eat them like
apples. This recipe is delicious and you do not want to miss
making this dish.
Here is a helpful hint when
cooking.
I personally put them in the
coals, or place coals on top on the onions and then fire them
up. This allows them to cook a little faster and more
evenly.
Peel and core onions. Insert 1
beef bouillon cube into onion, and add 1 tablespoon margarine
in center. Also, insert 1 ice cube. Sprinkle generously with
Parmeasan cheese. Wrap in heavy duty or doubled aluminum foil.
Allow small opening to vent. Grill approximately 30 minutes or
until tender.
