Fried Egg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

    * Slice of cheese
    * Bread
    * Miracle Whip
    * Bacon Grease
    * 1 - egg

Directions

There are several ways to make an egg samich. One way is Egg Salad where you boil eggs, chop and add Miracle Whip. But my favorite is a "Fried Egg Samich".

You fry an egg in butter or better yet bacon grease. (I like the outside a little crunchy)

Place between 2 pieces of bread, toasted optional. Add a slice of cheese.

Use any condiment you like, I like Miracle Whip.
