EggyGrits Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
* 6 Cups cooked
Grits
* 4 Large Eggs
* Salt And Pepper to
taste
Directions
When Grits are almost finished
cooking stir in the eggs and blend well. Poor grits & egg
mixture into a standred loaf pan allow to cool then
refridgerate for two hours.
Cut into slices and serve cold
or pan fry
