Crispy Brown Rice with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup - water
* 10 1/2 oz. - unsalted beef
bullion
* 1 pound - mushrooms
* 5 tablespoon -
butter
* 1 cup - brown rice
Directions
(Goes great with Chicken with
Mushroom Sauce)
Brown Rice in 2 tablespoons
butter in 2 quart covered casserole.
Saut? mushrooms in 3
tablespoons butter, add to rice.
Add bullion and
Water.
Cover, bake at 350 in oven for
about 1 1/2 hours.
Stir 3-5 times during
baking.
Edges will be
crisp.
