Chess Pie Recipe
Ingredients
* 2 cups - sugar
* 1 cup - rich sweet
cream
* 2/3 cup - butter
(melted)
* 4 - eggs
* 2 tablespoon - flour
* 1 teaspoon - vanilla (use any
flavoring, like lemon)
Directions
Mix sugar and flour together.
Beat eggs until creamy. Add to flour and sugar, then add butter
and cream. Pour into unbaked pastry and bake in a slow oven,
350 degrees, for 40 minutes or until custard is golden brown. A
dash of nutmeg or lemon juice added to the vanilla
flavoring.
