Buffalo Wings Recipe

Ingredients

* 1/2 cup - butter
* 4 tablespoons - Durkee "RedHot" Cayenne Pepper Sauce
* 2 1/2 pounds - chicken wings (12-15 wings)

Directions

Split wings at joints
Discard tips
Pat dry
Deep fry at 400? (High), until crispy. (About 12 min.)
Remove
Drain
Combine "RedHot" & butter
Toss wings in sauce ... coat completely
