Buckeyes "Peanut Butter Balls" Recipe

Ingredients

* 1 box - confectioners sugar
* 1 1/2 - sticks - margarine
* 1 cup - peanut butter

Directions

A batch of these make a great Christmas present for friends or family.

Have margarine at room temperature and mix together the ball ingredients. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diamater.

Coating

1 - 8 oz. Chocolate Chips
1/2 Stick Margarine
1/2 Stick Paraffin

Melt slowly in double boiler, then dip balls in glaze and chili. Make sure you leave some of the peanut butter showing on the tip. This is why we call them Buckeyes.
